Team Training Pages

Adhering to a regular exercise schedule requires commitment and dedication, perhaps a life style and / or culture change.

Training to become / remain competitive requires even higher levels of commitment and dedication, as there are new issues of physical and mental burn-out that each athlete must address, and there are also issues of form, fit, technique, skill, equipment, training aids and etcetera that can all assist the quest for competitiveness. These “Training Pages” are intended to introduce the Team members to these issues.
